M&W adheres to stringent safety guidelines. The safety and well-being of company employees are of utmost importance. Therefore, M&W has adopted a policy of “Voluntary Compliance” which emphasizes safety education, training and the adherence of all applicable requirements to achieve these goals. All new hires are required to attend a New Hire Orientation which consist of 17 courses covering several safety topics. We also require a drug screening and an alcohol screening upon employment along with performing random drug screens.
Ongoing, job specific training and planning take place in order to accommodate the uniqueness of each project we undertake. Should the need arise, we can place specialized safety personnel on the jobsite.

- The U. S. Department of Transportation (USDOT)
- The International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA)
- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
- State and Local Agencies where we are licensed
M&W prides itself on having a Recordable Incident Rate of zero along with an Experience Modifier Rate of less than 0.80.
